Meet Kevin DeMarco, Executive Chef
A graduate of the famed Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, Mr. DeMarco has honed his culinary skills up and down the east coast over the past 13 years. Mr. DeMarco joins The Barn Kitchen & Bar and The Williams Inn team from the Newport Restaurant Group, Newport, RI.
His last post was as Chef Tournant at the historic and celebrated Castle Hill Inn, a Relais & Châteaux property. Mr. DeMarco also worked at Grande’s Bella Cucina in Palm Beach, FL and Public Kitchen & Bar in Providence, RI.
Mr. DeMarco is a SWE certified specialist of wine and spirits.
